We have a fantastic position just 4 doors from the promenade. Conveniently situated near to all the shops and within 2 minutes of all amenities including a laundrette, internet café, bank and cashpoint, cafes and a great Chinese restaurant.We are also opposite South Pier and close to both Bus and Tram stops.
Adjacent to the Pleasure Beach and the fabulous Sandcastle Aqua complex, the motorway link road is close by. The Markets, bars and pubs are all within 5 minutes walk.

We try to run a relaxed but efficient house, and we live on the premises, enabling us to be on hand for anything you may need, ensuring all your customer needs are met. Cleanliness is assured. |
| Each flat has its own shower and toilet, kitchen or kitchenette with full size cooker, fridges, cutlery, utensils and microwave. All flats have colour TV, electric fires, duvets and poly cotton bed linen is provided. Irons and ironing boards available, as are clothes airers and vacuum cleaners. All we ask you to bring are your own towels, tea towels and toilet requisites.
The Flats are fully self contained, we maintain a very high level of cleanliness that brings our visitors back again year after year.
